Getting your parcel of Filofax goodies delivered straight to your door is our main priority. We have a number of different couriers and options to make sure that your order gets to you in time for your daily journaling, to-dos and gift giving.
You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your chosen delivery method, address information, and a full list of items shipped within your order. Please keep this dispatch email safe as it will need to be referenced if you would like to return anything.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery
- Arrives 5-7 working days from dispatch via Whistl/Royal Mail/Parcelforce
- For personalised items, please allow an additional 7 working days on top of estimated delivery times.
Applicable on orders placed Monday-Thursday, by 12pm GMT.

International Delivery (Whistl/DHL)
Orders made on the UK website can be shipped to Europe and international addresses.
- Arrives 10-14 days from dispatch via Whistl/DHL.

- Please note our delivery charges do not include expenses for customs, import duty and/ or VAT. Filofax is not responsible for any additional charges; these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
International Delivery (Whistl/DHL)
Deliveries to International addresses should arrive within 10-14 working days once they leave our warehouse
For personalised items, please allow an additional 7 working days on top of estimated delivery times.
European and overseas customers will be responsible for paying customs and/or import duty.
